Pleаse reаd these Terms & Cоnditiоn cаrefully befоre you create an account on https://ftpayment.pro (“Website” or “Platform”), оwned аnd оperаted by Future Tech Payment Services Provider Limited Liability Company, a payment servces provider, incorporated in UAE under number 1530639, having its registered address at building 14-11-137, ADEL MOHAMED ALI JASIM ALMARZOUQI, AI Goze First, Dubai, UAE (“Future Tech», «us», ‘we» оr «оur»).
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of the Agreement, you must cease using the Platform immediately. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a Business Entity, you personally confirm that you are authorized and empowered to bind that Business Entity to these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement.
1.Definitions
The following terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions and have specific meanings when used in any part of the Agreement:
Account means the account that the User creates through the Platform to use the Services;
Agreement means collectively means the agreement between you and us, comprising these Terms and Conditions, any other terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in these Terms and Conditions (in each case as amended from time to time) and all other Future Tech rules or policies available on the Platform (including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy,guidelines and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Platform.
Bank Card means any card (such as credit, debit or prepaid card) issued by a bank or financial institution;
Recipient means an individual or entity to whom a Payment is sent using the Services;
Payment means a payment from your Account;
Privacy Policy means Future Tech’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Platform which is available on the Website;
Sender means an individual or entity that is sending a Payment using the Services;
Services means the online and/or offline payment services provided to Users by Future Tech;
Payment Instruction means an instruction to make a Payment;
User meаns the person that has visited Website or is using the Platfrom and/or any Services. A User may be a Sender, a Recipient or both. In these Terms аnd Cоnditiоns, references tо persоns shаll include legаl entities (unless оtherwise specified therein); аnd references tо the singulаr shаll include the plurаl аnd vice versа; аnd references tо аny gender shаll include аll genders.
2. Services
2.1 Future Tech provides instant peer-to-peer money transfers between payment cards issued in different countries. The service functions as follows:
a) The User selects the country associated with the Sender’s Bank Card and the Recipient’s country from the available list. The User must then input the Recipient’s Bank Card number. The list of supported countries is updated regularly.
b) The User specifies the amount to be credited to the Recipient’s Bank Card, in the Recipient’s local currency. The Platform immediately calculates the equivalent amount to be charged from the Sender’s Bank Card, taking into account applicable fees and currency conversion rates.
c) The User must provide a valid and accessible email address. Payment-related information and a link to track the transfer status will be sent to this email.
d) Upon clicking the “Top-Up” button, the User is redirected to a secure payment page to enter their Bank Card details. Once the Payment Instruction is confirmed and processed, a summary of the transfer will be sent to the User’s email, including confirmation of both the debit and the credit.
3.Funding Your Account
3.1 You can fund your Account with your Bank Card. We will only accept funds from a card or account that is in your name.
3.2. We will process your Payment Instruction once we have received the funds or our external partners confirm that the money is available. If the Payment does not reach us within a reasonable time or is not received, we may cancel the Payment. If your Account lacks sufficient funds to cover this reversal, you must repay us promptly when we request it.
4. KYC (Know Your Customer) and Verification
4.1 To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations, we are required to verify the identity of all Users before allowing access to certain Services or completing Payments. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).
4.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, which may include:
-Full legal name
-Proof of identity (e.g., passport, national ID, residency card)
— email/phone number
Additional documentation may also be required for enhanced due diligence.
4.3 We may request updated information or additional documents at any time to ensure compliance with our regulatory obligations. This includes periodic reviews or if there is a suspicion of unusual activity on your Account. Failure to comply with such requests may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
4.4 We may engage regulated third-party service providers to assist in identity verification. By using the Platform, you authorize us to collect and process your information through such providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling KYC obligations.
4.5 You confirm that all information provided during the KYC process is true, complete, and not misleading. You agree to notify us promptly if any information you have provided changes or becomes inaccurate.
4.6If you fail to complete the required verification steps or if the information provided is determined to be false or insufficient, we may, at our sole discretion:
-Refuse to provide or continue Services;
-Freeze or restrict your Account;
-Report the activity to relevant authorities, as required by law.
5. Fees and Charges
5.1 Use of the Platform and Services may be subject to certain fees and charges. These may include, but are not limited to, Payment fees, foreign exchange margins, card processing fees, administrative charges, or fees applied by third-party financial service providers.
5.2 All applicable fees will be displayed or communicated to you before a Payment is submitted for processing. By confirming a Payment, you acknowledge and agree to pay the fees associated with that Payment Instruction.
5.3 Where a currency conversion is required, an exchange rate will be applied. This rate may include a margin above the market rate. The applicable rate will be shown prior to confirmation of the Payment. By proceeding, you agree to the use of this rate.
5.4 Your bank, card issuer, or other financial institution may impose additional charges such as cash advance fees, currency conversion charges, or overdraft penalties. We are not responsible for such third-party charges and have no control over their application.
5.5 We reserve the right to introduce new fees or modify existing fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email, and will take effect as outlined in the notification. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.
5.6 You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or charges that may arise in connection with your use of the Services. We do not calculate or withhold any taxes on your behalf unless legally required to do so.
6.Payment Cancellation, Refunds, Stopping Payment Request and Refused Payments
6.1 Once a Payment has been confirmed and submitted through the Platform, it is processed immediately and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Sender. You acknowledge that, due to the nature of instant peer-to-peer transactions, we are generally unable to reverse or retrieve funds once the Payment has been completed.
6.2 Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
-the Payment has not yet been processed or credited to the Recipient’s account.
-there has been a technical or operational error caused by the Platform.
-the Payment is proven to have been sent to an incorrect or invalid Bank Card due to a fault in the Platform.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original funding method, less any non-refundable processing fees, currency exchange losses, or applicable charges.
6.3 If you have initiated a Payment Instruction and wish to stop it, you must contact our support team immediately.
We do not guarantee that the request can be cancelled or reversed, especially if the funds have already been accepted or the payment processed.
6.4 We may refuse to process a Payment if:
-It violates these Terms and Conditions;
-It appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal;
— you do not have sufficient funds or valid authorization;
The Payment Instruction exceeds Platform limits or regulatory thresholds.
If a Payment is refused or fails, we will notify you (typically via email) and may, where possible, return the funds to the original funding source. Any costs incurred due to the failure (e.g. reversal charges, foreign exchange loss) will be your responsibility unless the failure was due to our error.
6.5 No Guarantee of Reversal
You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the reversal of Payment that have already been credited to a Recipient’s Bank Card. All Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Payment details prior to confirmation.
7. Security
7.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, Account access, and any authentication methods used on the Platform. You must not share your password or access details with anyone and must take reasonable steps to protect your devices and personal information from unauthorized use.
7.2 We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data and transactions against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. This includes encryption of Payment data, secure communication channels (such as HTTPS), and fraud detection tools.
7.3 All transactions made through the Platform are subject to real-time monitoring to detect suspicious activity. We reserve the right to block or suspend any transaction or account if we suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or any activity in breach of applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 If you believe that your Account has been compromised, or you notice any unauthorized activity, you must notify us immediately through our customer support channels. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend or limit access to your Account to prevent further risk.
7.5 We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with security obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized Payments arising from lost or stolen login credentials or device compromise due to negligence.
7.6 If you authorize a third party (e.g., open banking provider) to access your Account, you acknowledge that such access is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data sharing or Payments initiated by an authorized third party unless required by law.
8.Account Closure
8.1 You may request to close your Account with us at any time by contacting us. Before closing your Account, you must ensure that:
— All pending Payments are completed or cancelled;
— Any outstanding fees, charges, or negative balances are paid in full;
— there are no ongoing investigations, disputes, or compliance reviews related to your Account.
We may require identity verification or additional information to process the closure request.
8.2 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if:
-you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions;
-we suspect unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
-required by law, regulation, or a competent authority;
-your Account has been inactive for an extended period;
— continued access poses a security or operational risk.
8.3 Upon closure of your account your access to the Platform and Services will be terminated and any remaining funds in your Account will be returned to your original funding source, unless prohibited by law or held for legal or regulatory reasons.
8.4 You remain liable for any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.
8.5 Even after Account closure, we may retain your personal information and transaction records as required by applicable laws.
9.Prohibited Goods and Services
9.1 You agree not to use the Platform or Services to facilitate, process, or support any Payment involving goods, services, or activities that are illegal, restricted, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws or our internal policies. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Narcotics, controlled substances, or paraphernalia used for illegal substances
-Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories
-Adult content, pornography, or escort services
-Unlicensed gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance
-Counterfeit goods or materials infringing on intellectual property rights
-Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other deceptive financial practices
-Sale or distribution of stolen goods or data (including credit card information)
-Cryptocurrency exchanges or Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), unless expressly authorized
-High-risk financial services not permitted under applicable regulations
-Activities promoting hate, violence, or discriminatory practices
9.2 We reserve the right to update or expand the list of prohibited goods and services at any time. The latest version will be made available on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing these updates and ensuring compliance.
9.3 If we determine, at our sole discretion, that your Account or a Payment is involved in any prohibited activity, we may:
-Immediately suspend, block, or terminate your Account;
-Refuse to process or reverse the Payment
-Report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.4 Any funds associated with prohibited transactions may be withheld, frozen, or forfeited as required by applicable law or in accordance with our compliance obligation.
10.Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution
10.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Services, you may submit a complaint by contacting us via email at [email protected] or through any official communication channel provided on the Platform. Your complaint must include your full name, contact information, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
10.2 Upon receipt of your complaint, we will initiate an internal investigation and aim to provide a resolution or substantive response within 15 business days. If a final response cannot be provided within this timeframe due to the complexity of the issue, we will inform you of the delay and the expected resolution date.
10.3 We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If your complaint is successful, we may offer corrective action such as reversing a transaction, issuing a refund, or providing written clarificatio
10.4 Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection or financial services legislation.
11.Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, internet outages, power failures, or acts of God. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume the affected Services as soon as practicable.
12.Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, as far as possible, in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies or documents explicitly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Platform and Services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
